Circle Jerks to tour South America in March

News

Circle Jerks have unveiled plans for a tour of South America in March of 2009. The dates are as follows:

03/05 – Santiago, Chile – the Teatro vedades
03/06 – Buenos Aires, Argentina @ El Eatro Flores
03/07 – Sao Paolo, Brazil – Eazy
03/08 – Brazil City – Venue TBA

The last studio album from the Circle Jerks, “Oddities, Abnormalities, and Curiosities”, came out in 1995. Despite recording one new song last year, guitarist Greg Hetson mentioned early this year that the Circle Jerks may never release a new full-length in the near future. Hetson is planning to return to the studio next year with his bandmates in Bad Religion to record their next album for a summer/fall 2009 release.
