D.O.A. To Release 13th Studio Album “Talk – Action = 0″ On June 8th

News

Press Release:

D.O.A., Canada’s punk legends, are set to release their 13th studio album “Talk – Action = 0″ on June 8th via Sudden Death  Records. On this album, the band goes back to its early roots and takes a few notes from their first two classic albums: “Something Better Change” and “Hardcore 81″. “Talk – Action = 0″ was produced by chief punk Joe Shithead Keithley and Chon (Live Free or Die).

Keithley, Canada’s godfather of punk, has teamed with his cronies Floor Tom Jones (drums) and Dirty Dan Sedan (bass) to come up with one of D.O.A.’s hardest hitting albums to date. On this lucky 13th full length, there’s plenty of what one might expect from the boys: power, politics and humor.

The band released the first single and video from the album ‘I Live In A Car’ today.

D.O.A. has also worked hard at helping out those that really need help over the years. They’ve played benefits for: Rape Relief, anti-racism, anti-globalization, OXFAM, first nation’s rights, anti-censorship, and environmental causes, amongst many others.

They already did a live album with the same name!? Anyway, will be very pleased if it really is a return to their roots!
