Slovenian punks tour South Africa
Slovenian pop-punks We Can’t Sleep at Night will be joining countrymen Red Five Point Star (ska-swing-punk) on a lengthy South African tour. The latter toured SA last year and will be heading back for a more extensive run in February and March 2010.
Red Five Point Star have played throughout Europe and were also the first rock band that performed in Kosovo after the collapse of Yugoslavia.
They recorded four shows live in Ljubljana during 2009 which will be released on a live CD and DVD in 2010. This will serve as an introduction to their forthcoming 3rd studio album.
Over recent years Frenzal Rhomb, Lagwagon, Mad Caddies, NOFX and The Exploited amongst others have all toured South Africa.
