    Excellent article, nice to see they’re getting a bit of recognition; great band, they deserve it. As it happens, Paul borrowed the name Poison Hearts from me…I was the drummer in his old band Astrozombies (a Misfits tribute), and after that band split, the singer Rusty and I started our own band, which we called the Poison Hearts (after the Dee Dee song, as we were both huge Ramones freaks). We gigged that around Leeds for a couple of years, until it collapsed under the weight of money troubles and lineup problems. After that I took my songs to my new band The Kingcrows, Rusty took his to his new project Blaggard, and the name got a new home over the sea…
