Dun2Def have just released their third studio album to much critical aclaim and continue to attract new admirers of their new/old school sound and will be visiting Athens in October to play a one off show with the Partisans on the back of their now legendary performance at the Rebellion festival where they attracted an audience of over 600 as the first band up on the last day of the festival no small achievement!!

    • Late review of The Rabble @ Rebellion 09August 19, 2009

At Rebellion this year the Olympia stage suffered from persistent sound problems. Indeed these went a long way to ruining the experience of bands such as The Damned, The Lurkers and Voodoo Glow Skulls. Yet despite this, The Rabble put on a brilliant show; the words and the music being audible throughout the room and they attracted a huge crowd even though the legendary UK Subs performing at the same time. Not really having had much exposure to this band prior to the festival, I came away wanting to hear more and hoped they would play Rebellion again next year or at least do another UK tour soon. My only complaint about it all would be the number of mohicans blocking my view. To sum up, The Rabble are a band who put on a solid live performance and if you have the oppurtunity are most definately worth seeing live.
